Aug. schedule

Hello all,

The asml has been scheduled for  3D and  some demo work. I  have posted 
the calender with time noted on there next to the tool and before 
entering to the lab please make a note of it and plan accordingly.
For a quick reference, you may  look at coral; all the reservation is 
under my name if the time on a particular day is not needed we will 
release it and send a note out.

Just a kind reminder that the system belongs to asml from Tuesday to 
Friday,   8 am to 2:30 pm any way.
