The tool will be available to snf on afternoon of 28th. April: The system will go down on 2nd and 3rd and available to us on afternoon of 3rd when the asml is done with their experiments. The system will go down for 3D hardware installation on April 7th ( morning say, 7 to 8 am) till Friday 11th in the afternoon. SNF will have the system over that weekend. The system will go down on Monday 14th and back to us on Friday 18th. in the afternoon. The 3d installation is done in 6" and during the test has to stay in that mode for all the testing. I have put a hard copy of the calendar next to the tool and a copy by the lab door on notice board. I am also attaching a copy for your reference.
