ASM-L Stepper is Down

  Hi Al....

  The replacement part is expected in on Thursday(Shipping from  
Veldhoven) and will be installed on that day. Today(Wednesday) ASM-L  
will continue with their planned activities of working on the "stone  
in/out" problem.
