Particle on the chuck.

Hello all,

There has been 3 particles on the chuck the last few days Mark has 
cleaned the chuck every day during the pm.

*Starting 4 pm today Tuesday 4/6/10 if we find particles on the chuck be 
prepared that I will take your name off the system.*

Please refer to the note next to the system and the info I have send you 
when you asked for training  about your responsibility with regards of 
cleannines of he back side of your wafers..
