What is wrong with this picture? You need to check back of your wafers, be clean, change gloves as often and ask Gary and and Mario to show you how to clean the hot plate on the track. We will make some more changes during holiday till then and as always is your responsibility to make sure that you are following the procedures. mahnaz From haemmerl at stanford.edu Tue Oct 26 14:09:57 2010 From: haemmerl at stanford.edu (Alexandre Haemmerli) Date: Tue, 26 Oct 2010 14:09:57 -0700 Subject: Reservation released: 6:30-7:30pm Message-ID: I was able to do it earlier. The situation with particles is totally out of control. As much I know part of the issue is SVG coaters but ultimately you are responsible to check back of every wafer for particles and clean it up the way I have shown you during training. If is a training issue come and see me. Mean while ask Gary and Mario to show you how to clean the hot plates accordingly. We will make some changes on the tracks during shut down but that will not resolve particle issues 100%. I have to say things are out of my hand at the moment and ASML folks are not happy y with us. mahnaz
