Hot spots

Hello all,

For the last few weeks almost every day Gary keeps cleaning the chuck,  
and he has been a good sport  about it.

What is wrong with this picture?

You need to check back of your wafers, be clean,  change gloves as often 
and ask Gary and  and Mario to show you how to clean the hot plate on 
the track.

We will make some more changes during holiday till then and as always is 
your responsibility to make sure that you are following the procedures.
