RTA computers/mouse/keyboard not responding

Dear RTA users,

I am not sure what exactly is wrong, but the mouse and keyboard of the RTAs are not working. Or maybe the computers froze.
I checked the operating instructions, but I could not find any information on this.

Could you please offer some advice here? I very urgently need to use the clean RTA, so your prompt response is very much appreciated.
