Before for annealing T from 300 to 600C, the difference beteween the measured temperature by TC and Pryo are not so different. Now there is a quite significant difference. Also, the temperature profile with the same parameter setting looks quite different compared with before.

Without telling which profiles, including directory and sub-directory I can't help.
