Failure due to thermal budget

All,
The water leaks were caused by running the system too long at too
high of a temperature. This resulted in overheating of the cooling
lines and hence failure at the fittings. You must recognize when you
need to move to a furnace and not run an excessive thermal budget in
the RTP's. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
I understand it is difficult to define a thermal budget window as the
time factor has to decrease significantly as the temperatures go
up. This failure resulted from a 5 minute anneal at a higher temperature.
Remember if you don't know, always ask first as it's better than
disqualification.
