During our measurements the circuit breaker that is connected to all of the equipment (temptronic, light, computer, 4155, etc.) tripped. The breaker label is R1L11-16. Breaker will not reset, it may be broken - facilities needs to be called.
Temptronic was running at the time at a temperature of 100C. Computer and all agilent equipment was also on. Unknown if abrupt power interruption will have any adverse effects on equipment.
Temptronic datasheet specifies a max power consumption of 10A. With the computer and other equipment this should not be a problem for a 20A breaker - but in the future it may be advisable to put the temptronic onto a different circuit.
