Two of the probes (#5 & 6) are bent inwards, so I cannot see where the tip is.  I have to probe a 100um diameter circle with 3 probes at a time.  I can only do this with two of the probes (#2 & 3 ) .  Please either change 5 &6, or replace the probe#4 that was taken out today.  Thanks!

Manipulator 2 is not held by the vacuum. It seems that the vacuum is too weak.
