However, the issue we have with the temperature controller still hasn't got completely resolved yet, so measurements with varied temperature is still not allowed until further notice. Two other existing issues: first, the chuck is slightly tilted. Wooshik examined the chuck and found it is about 0.7 degree tilted in the NE direction. If you are doing measurements on a 4 inch wafer, or a large piece, becareful when moving probe tips across your sample, as the distance between the probe and your sample surface changes, and you might damage the probe tips or your sample surface. Second, one of the connection plugs for the chuck is not working. Currently only the top one works fine. Thanks! Use the station with caution please!
