[Cascade] Vacuum fixed, sort of

All,

      Thanks to Jim McVittie's help, I narrowed the problem down to a  
bad seal. Problem is, I couldn't fix it myself, so I swapped out the  
problem switch for one of the AUX vacuum switches.

      The 13mm vacuum switch works properly again. DO NOT USE the AUX  
vacuum switches. I will contact Cascade to order a new one as soon as  
I can figure out who is going to pay for it. =)
