urgent: hot and cold chuck usage on cascade.

noticed violations by 2 users, hence this email

1. record your runs (duration and temperature of usage) in the black  
logbook. This is important for the next user and helps us to keep  
track of the amount of coolant used in the chiller.

2. follow the instructions in the black book for the cold and hot  
chuck usage. Condensation on the chuck is unacceptable.
