Dear cascade users,

We are aquiring a few electrical measurement equipments thanks to professors in EE and MSE (Prof. H.-S. Philip Wong, Prof. Yoshio Nishi, Prof. Krishna C. Saraswat, Prof. S. Simon Wong, Prof. Robert W. Dutton, Prof. Roger T. Howe, Porf. James S. Harris, Prof. Subhasish Mitra, Prof. Paul McIntyre) and the school of engineering equipment matching program.

Today, new "refurbished" pulse generator, 81110A, is delivered to us and it is sitting on top of the old pulse generator, 81101A, at the cascade probe station. I am writing to you because I would like to ask you a favor.

######################################################

We have ** 10 days ** to return it with full refund and '90 days' for free repair.

If you are a pulse generator user, could you test and check whether it works for you measurement and let us know whether there is any problem with it?

######################################################

Eventually, you might want to use this new unit instead of the old one because 811"10"A (new) is much better than 811"01"A (old) in a sense that
1) Two outputs VS one output.
2) 165MHz (~3ns pulse width, ~2ns rise/fall time) VS ~10ns pulse width, ~5ns rise/fall time.
3) Pattern function

Have fun with the new pulse generator!!

Thanks,
SangBum
