chuck problem

Duygu, 
If you are using the coax to triax converter that is the problem not the chuck. I did measurements on Friday and I could easily measure nano amp gate currents, the chuck itself is good.

Please make sure you finish by 6 as I definitely need the system

Cascade chuck shows huge series resistance. I couldn't do any measurements so I am baking it now.  I will use the system until 6pm.

Warning for users who make low-T measurements: please bake it long enough!!!
