BEFORE you start the measurements : 1. Purge chamber with N2 for 30 min. It can be 10 min if the system has been used in the last 6 hours. 2. Turn on temperature controller. AFTER you are done with your measurements: 1. Set the temperature to 110C. 2. Wait ~10min for the temperature to reach 110C, then leave it there for another 10 min. 2. Set the temperature to 41C, and keep it there for 10 min. 3. Unload your samples, and keep N2 flowing. The chiller turns on for temperatures below 41C, so make sure when you turn off the temperature controller, that the temperature is at or above 41C.
