Could not reproduce bulb issue - Cascade fine

Cascade users, 

I haven't been able to recreate the bulb issue... The system is fine to use. 

I did notice that someone reprogrammed the center preset button to something other than 0-0. There is a big note on the module that says "DO NOT REPROGRAM CENTER BUTTON." It is there for a reason! We don't want the bulb to default to "on" when the tool is enabled. This maximizes the life of the bulb.
