Comment cmp SNF 2012-09-04 16:54:36: DI water line comes off

The DI water line after the pump comes off.  Water sprayed on bottom
of tool and floor.  Cleaned up after found problem.
Replaced the line by pressing back into sleeve, but need to watch 
during DI water rinse.
