Subject: PLEASE rinse off the slurry and shut down the tool properly!!

Hi all,

When I tried to use the tool today, I found  there were LOTS of things  
that shouldn't be done on the tool. First, the power of the machine  
was on with the vacuum pump running. Second, lots of finger prints and  
slurry marks on the control panel. What is the worst is when I tried  
to change the dirty metal setup to clean non metal setup, the slurry  
that was not rinsed off last time dried on all the screw and screw  
head. All the heads and platen were stuck because of dried slurry!  
That makes the next user have to use LOTS of extra effort to recover  
the machine back to where it is supposed to be!
Can people please pay a little extra attention cleaning it when you  
finish your job?
