E-mail Problems

A couple of questions:

When you go to the left side of Netscape mail, you can scroll it up and down
...
There should first be a set of folders under "snf.stanford.edu" and then some
additional folders under "Local Mail".

Do you remember whether the folders that are now missing lived under the
snf.stanford.edu section or under the Local Mail section ... this will help us
to know where to look to see if we can either locate the missing folders or,
at least, be able to find and maybe restore a reasonably current copy of them.
