John and Bill, I'll make a point to get in the lab today and replace the dead sunray. At the same time I'll take several additional spares and replace other sunrays. I pretty much remember what's been replaced and I'll note all the new ones I put in. The worst case is I send one back to sun that was OK - not the end of the world. Mike
