Ciara: Why don't you try to send Maurice e-mail now ... it should work. Originally, it was set up with forwarding ... people automatically get e-mail on snf when they are set up with an account. In the "newuser" command, you only need to add their e-mail address if it is NOT username at snf.stanford.edu. Thanks, John
