In preparation for the targeted mailing for the Affiliates Membership, can
you please provide the list?  Please put it in a columnar format -
1. login name
2. first name
3. last name
4. company
5. address
6. city
7. state
8. zip
9. phone
10. fax

This columnar format will enable me to transfer it to a Filemaker database.
We can create a personalize mail merge letter.
