New email list request

Request for setting up a new email list(2):

RAITH              -- equipment --  users mail list
RAITH_150      -- discussion list for the RAITH members (i.e., RAITH SU
Fund providers and expert users on the soon to be formed RAITH Beam
Team.  RAITH Beam Team is the group that will assist me in SU RAITH
qualifications and turn on activities.

I would like to get this list up by March 1, 2002.
