Ciara,

Our Cadence license is for Stanford students, staff, and faculty only.  
The cost of a Cadence license for our industrial users would be extremely
expensive.  We just can't afford that.  If an industrial member was willing
to give us a copy, we would be happy to make it available to all our 
members.
