Since we don't pay any of Jason's salary, I guess we should take this over.
Perhaps, Lourdes or Ciara could do it.  I'm sure Jason would be happy to
show them how.

Bill and Mike,

There have been some more requests for shades accounts coming in. I've
recently added a script on shades ( /etc/add-shades-acct ) which automates
the process of adding an account. So, I'd appreciate it if SNF could take
over account management from here on.
