I spoke with Mike Bell about your email problems.  It's unlikely that I
will be able to fix the problem if both Mike and John have tried and failed.
However, I will check with John to see if he would like me to spend some
time taking a look at the problem.  I have some urgent deadlines and must
get John's approval to work on anything else.
