Your hard drive appears to be ok, but the operating systems is corrupted and needs to be reinstalled. I'll try and get to that this afternoon. After that's been done, we'll need to contact ITSS to get your data restored. It looks like all your data is still there. However, I did lose some system data during the repairs including your login name and password and the networking configuration. I will need to talk to Jason on Friday to get updated network information. I should be able to get your machine finished up on Friday. It frequently gets a series of error messages with odd numbers -- and locks up. People have just been turning the machine off and on to get it going again. It kills the current job, but is usually good for a few more before locking up again. There's some anecdotal evidence that it happens to certain people and not to others... Any ideas? I don't know how to determine if this is a server or printer problem.... Mary -- Mary X. Just go to the pulldown menu under "Window" in the upper left corner and select "Remote Password". Then choose any password and confirm. This can be the same as your snf and regular Coral password if you wish.
