Jeannie, We use ITSS's Backup and Recovery Service (BaRS) for our staff desktop PCs They have a great web page with detailed instructions on restoring files. Take a look at http://www.stanford.edu/group/itss-crc/backup-service/check.html and click on the "Restoring a file ..." link. Bill
