Shades?

Hi all --

Sorry to bug you guys, but I'm not sure who's the person to call about
Shades, so am tapping on all your collective shoulders...  There's a
fellow here who needs to use Shades to upload his file to the Hitachi --
and evidentally, it doesn't seem to be networked right now.  Needless to
say, he's pretty keen on getting his file done (he's got hitachi time at
4 pm, and would like to be able to use it.)  Can you help or tell me
whom I can pester?
