What machine are you talking about?  Your desktop machine?  If so, it isn't 
behind a firewall ....

So there are two choices:

There was some sort of network configuration change required a couple of weeks 
ago for folks on the 101 subnet.  What is your IP address?

Tha other case is that you've been blackholed  .....

So, we need a bit more information.
