Bug Found and Fixed

John and Mike,

I found and fixed the bug.  I had missed something minor in my changes
to handle the fully qualified table names (i.e. "eqmgr.eq_activity). I've
checked in my changes and compiled everything.  However, I can't get
a clean prod-install to restart the servers.  I may need to check in
Mike's resource client changes to proceed.  This is a minor problem.
When I get to the office today, John and I should be able to proceed 
with testing.
