cannot access coral

Hi,

I cannot access coral remotely.  I downloaded the Java application and set
my remote password in the lab, but I still cannot acess it.  The error
message reads "Cannot access equipment information!"  Do you know what the
problem is?  If it is an issue with firewalls, is there anyway I can get
around it?
