Event Service Bug

John and Mike,

I have found a subtle bug in my event changes.  It appears to occur rarely
(when two threads attempt to remove an unreachable client at the same time).
I believe this is what happend around 7:00pm this evening.  I restarted
the servers when I found the problem.  I think I have a relatively minor
fix.  However, I'm too tired to attempt it tonight.  I'll do it first
thing tomorrow.
