Hello SNF Coral Development Team,
I would appreciate some assistance with running remote access
here at my office. After entering the login name and password, a
delay of about 2 minutes elapses, after which I am presented with
an error message:
"Cannot access equipment information"
My question is
Does this mean that I am getting through to the Coral system and that
I am sucessfully communicating through our Company's firewall?
If so, why do I repeatedly get this message and what should be my next
Our platform is Windows 98 SE.
