New Tagged Release

I have just installed and tagged our latest release of Coral (1.2) which
includes our rewrite of the event service.  Here is a list of our
current and scheduled production releases:

	Coral 1.0	(1/1/2000)	First production release.
	Coral 1.1	(12/15/2000)	Added remote coral.
	Coral 1.2	(2/7/2001)	Added new event service.
	Coral 1.3			Database and code cleanup.
	Coral 1.4			Add new resource client.
