locked sunrays

Hi,

	There seems to be a new epidemic among the Sunrays, where they get
locked up partially or completely. The small green light that indicates
whether a card is inserted will be stuck on, and there may or may not be a
signal to the monitor. The terminal in the office area, and several in the
cleanroom are afflicted that I know of.
