Coral Release 1.21

I have just tagged our latest release of Coral (1.21) which includes 
bug fixes and enhancements of the event service.  Here is a list of our
current and scheduled production releases:

	Coral 1.0	(1/1/2000)	First production release.
	Coral 1.1	(12/15/2000)	Added remote coral.
	Coral 1.2	(2/7/2001)	Added new event service.
	Coral 1.21	(2/14/2001)	Bug fixes and enhancements of the
					new event service.
	Coral 1.3			Database and code cleanup.
	Coral 1.4			Add new resource client.
