j2se 1.3.1-beta ...

Bill and Mike:

I've installed JDK 1.3.1-beta in /usr/j2se on rosen, sunray, guilden, and
bopeep.  I believe that I was careful to preserve the java.policy and
java.security files in /usr/j2se/jre/lib/security and to make sure that I
didn't destroy the "external" jar files in: /usr/j2se/jre/lib/ext.

So, when we are ready ... which I know is not now ... we should easily be able
to move over to see if sun has solved the problems that plagued us in 1.3.0.
