Problem with installation of remote Coral

Dear SNF Coral Development Team:

  When I tried to install Web Start Program, I encountered some problem. The 
error message said "bad installation, problem with Java VM (SysExec)". I am 
using Window2000. When I tried to remove the installed program, it said bad 
installation, however the program was removed. I retried again, still same 
error message. Is there any suggestion? Thanks
