Problem with phan

John,

I noticed that there is a problem with the phan's project and/or account.
Here's the entry from the resource manager log:

Default project and/or account are/is not in the works_on or charges_to relation
s.  Inconsistent data for phan.

With the new resource client, Ciara or Lourdes should be able to find and
fix these problems.  Should I send these items to them?
