help on remote coral

Dear technical consultant:
    This is Jr-Hung Tsai, a new SNF user. I'm trying to setup the remote 
coral on my company computer. It was successful until I launched remote 
coral. The login window popped out. After I typed in the login name and 
password, an error message window came out after a long while. The 
message is like this:
"cannot access equipment information"
Could you help me solve the problem.
