Oracle on atu

Mike and I have gotten Oracle 9i installed, and all the Coral tables
created on atu!  We had to make some minor changes to the sql scripts
to support changes in 9i.  I have not checked these changes in yet.
When I removed the log files in sql, I was able to get make to run
in the proper order.  If you want to give it a try, just remove the
log files in /home/labnet/.prod-install/labnet/sql on atu and run
make.
