wbsolvent interlock

Len,

As we discussed, I have modified the equipment table so that the wbsolvent
is now interlocked using the phone line that originally went to the 
spectrum.  That is card 0 and channel 12.  I have also changed the table
so that the spectrum is no longer interlocked.  I have restarted the servers
so these changes should be in effect now.  Could please confirm that 
everything is working properly?
