Additional Logging

John and Mike,

I'm closing in on the bug.  The logs from Friday were quite helpful since
the problem occurred multiple times.  I've added some additional debugging
output.  If the problem occurs before I arrive on Monday, please call me
at home so I can check the logs and the database.  If you can't reach me
(I'm in transit), then just restart the servers.  This will preserve the 
logs.
