Janine:

Yes, you are correct, once someone has been deactivated, coral yet let you
reactivate them.

I've gone into the database and returned them to "active status" ...

So, you should go to coral and:

1. update their phone, company, fax, etc information.

2. Change their default project to 9VAV526 (which should also, in the process,
allow them to work on that project).

3. Remove them from their old project ... so there is no chance to get any
charges for this in the future.

Their old login name and password should still work ...so you don't have to do
the "newuser" stuff ... although you probably do need to set up his mail
forwarding with the command:
	mailforward ycfu ycfu at attbi.com

Let me know if you have any problems or questions,

Thanks,

John
