Email from the SNF Lab not working

Barbara:

Thanks for reporting this problem ... we had not heard of this problem prior 
to now and I'm not completely certain of the cause.  We are hoping to install 
Mozilla (the public domain version of netscape that is still being developed 
...) as the default browser that, we hope, will solve this problem.
