It is unlikely that coral "lost" a reservation ... and I agree that it is
unlikely that a staff member deleted it. My guess is pilot error of some sort
... for example, if one has several pieces of equipment selected and then
tries to make a reservation, it is actually made for the first of the selected
pieces of equipment and not the most recently selected.
I've checked the logs, however, and there is no evidence of problems there ...
