URGENT Coral Problems!

Hello,

User - zlrao is having problems with Coral. When he logs in to the 
system, Coral does not start up. I have never seen the screen that comes 
up when he logs in. I trield to right click to go to console to start 
coral but there is no "console" option.

The user urgently needs access to Coral for his work. Please advise how 
to proceed.
